I’m been shaving and Iceing my face for years and I feel like for me it helps so much with keep my face younger and my acne it helps with acne scars really well. It helps with my pores and makes the memo like shrinks them insane I think it just depends on you personally with ice. I personally think it works with LED lights and then using ice afterwards.

I like the towels but I feel wasteful so ain’t my use them to take off masks and not clog my sink. I used Avene thermal spray after accidentally using a preserve I am alettuce to and I was shocked how it calmed my skin.

They’re an allergic reaction for me. I’m allergic to a wide range of trees and I used to farm and during spring when we had chicks and litters of rabbits on pine shavings I had the worst of it. But any contact with wood including swimming in water that has a lot of branches etc will break out my hands unless I take a Benadryl right after. I did have some luck with creams treating bad breakouts but prevention has always worked way better because once they show up on me it spreads over the back of both hands so quick.

I had this since I was 6 . It would show up in some seasons and then clear up automatically. And it won't clear up permanently. Now I'm 18, it still shows up once in a while. Just have to avoid soap.

Asian sunscreen and ANZ sunscreen is where it's at. LRP Anthelios is not too bad either! I use Elizabeth Arden Prevage as my second layer of sunscreen as it's tinted.
